🏡 入住注册(电力)
- 🖥️ 在 Vattenfall 在线搬家服务 提交信息:入住日期、地址、🔢 新电表号。
- 📱 可通过“Mein Vattenfall”客户门户/APP完成注册与合同随迁。
- ⏭️ 自2025-06-06起,电力合同的注册/注销需提前办理(不再支持回溯处理)。
🚪 搬出注销
- 🧭 在客户门户选择“搬家/注销”,提供搬出日期、旧地址、🔢 电表号与📸 当日表读数。
- 📑 Vattenfall 将出具最终结算单(含至搬出日实际用电)。
⏱ 电表读数上报
- 🧾 每年结算期或收到提醒时,通过 在线读数通道 或 APP 上报。
- 📸 入住/搬出当天务必拍照记录读数,确保账单准确。
💶 每月预付款(Abschlag)
- 💳 预付款=按月预交:依据预计年用电量、当前电价(工作价/kWh)与固定费用(基本费)。
- ➗ 年度预计费用 ÷ 12 ≈ 每月预付款;实际用量变化时,可在 门户自行调整预付款。
- 🛡️ 政策期内如适用“电价刹车”,预付款会相应降低(以官方口径为准)。
🔄 年度结算(对账)
- ⚖️ 年底以实际读数核算:已缴预付款 ↔ 实际年费用。
- 🔺 多用电 → 补缴;🔻 少用电 → 退款。
📌 本质上是“按月预付”,年终再按读数对账。

🏡 Registration when moving in (Electricity)
- 🖥️ Use the Vattenfall online moving service: provide move-in date, new address, and 🔢 meter number.
- 📱 “Mein Vattenfall” portal/app supports moving your contract to the new address.
- ⏭️ From 2025-06-06, switches and registrations must be done in advance (no retroactive backdating).
🚪 Deregistration when moving out
- 🧭 In the customer portal, choose “Move/Terminate” and submit move-out date, old address, 🔢 meter number and 📸 same-day reading.
- 📑 Vattenfall issues a final bill based on actual consumption up to your move-out day.
⏱ Submitting meter readings
- 🧾 Submit via the online meter reading page or the app during annual settlement or upon request.
- 📸 Always record a photo on move-in/out day to ensure accurate billing.
💶 Monthly installment (Abschlag)
- 💳 Advance payment model: based on your expected annual usage, current energy price (work price/kWh) plus fixed/basic charges.
- ➗ Estimated annual cost ÷ 12 ≈ monthly installment; you can adjust the installment in the portal if usage changes.
- 🛡️ If applicable, price-cap mechanisms reduce installments according to official rules.
🔄 Annual settlement
- ⚖️ Year-end settlement uses the actual meter reading vs. the total installments paid.
- 🔺 Higher usage → pay the difference; 🔻 Lower usage → refund.
📌 In essence, you prepay monthly and settle at year-end based on the reported reading.
